Our Deland home offers a master suite with spacious walking closet, two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and another one with a queen bed and a full bathroom in between. This home has 1,380 square feet of living space, Hardwood floors throughout the house and granite countertops in the kitchen. Its main living area open floor plan it’s perfect for family and friends gathering. There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area perfect for holiday dinners. Go through the sliding door and relax on the screen covered pool area with outdoor seating. The home sleeps six people, and comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed and bath linens. TV on the spacious living room and another TV on the master bedroom. The home has antenna TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.

Summary: Very comfortable house with lots of room. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, couches, comfortable beds in a very nice neighborhood.. Only recommendation is a better way to access the house. Landlord's key holder is difficult to open and close.

Summary: Clean, well maintained. Kitchen has more utensils and cookware than most other properties I've rented. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Our 2024 trip was my second time renting this house. I would stay here again.

Summary: We have a son that will be going to school in Deland and we wanted to take some time and get to know the area. We visited the local springs as well as the college area. The house was very clean and quiet. The pool was great for the kids. The owner was replied to any questions timely. I will definitely return.
